Follow the below steps in order to apply

1. Create an account (Register yourself) on SGIVS Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) website. Click Here to register.
2. Book your appointment online at SGIVS Indian Consular Application Centre (ICAC) website. You can choose a convenient date and time to visit the SGIVS ICAC for your application submission. Click Here to book your appointment online.  
3. Ensure that you have your all other supporting documents, exactly as per the "Documents Checklist" section. 
4. Visit the SGIVS ICAC, as per your jurisdiction. The address and location of the ICAC will be clearly mentioned in the appontment letter. 
5. Kindly ensure you reach the ICAC 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. 
6. Submit your application and deposit your fees at SGIVS ICAC. You can check the fee for this application under the "Fee Details" section. 
7. Your application submission process is now complete! You can avail our Courier service to get your attested document(s) delivered to your doorstep!
8. While your application is in process, you can track your application to know the current stage of your application process. Click Here to track your application online. 

Note: For Postal Applications, follow step 1 and step 2, and then apply for postal application by loggin-in. Click here to log-in. Follow the step-by-step direction to prepare your postal package and send it to the correct SGIVS ICAC as per your jurisdiction. Please ensure to attach your proof of payment in your postal package.

Commercial Documents Attestation
This service is applicable for documents issued by companies for business, trade, or commercial purposes.

• Passport (Applicant/Authorized Signatory)
  Original passport along with photocopies of the first, last, and address pages, including any endorsement and valid visa page(s), must be submitted.
• Resident Card / ID Card
  Photocopy of a valid Oman Resident Card or ID must be provided.
  Original must be presented for verification.
• Commercial Registration (CR)
  Copy of the company’s valid Commercial Registration certificate must be submitted.
• Authorization Letter (Company Letterhead)
  A signed and stamped authorization letter on company letterhead must be provided, clearly stating:
  • The company accepts full responsibility for the submitted documents
  • The name of the authorized representative
  • Confirmation that the representative is authorized to submit documents and act on behalf of the company.

Note

• Commercial documents must be pre-attested by the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry (OCCI) and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA), Sultanate of Oman before submission to the Embassy.
• The Embassy attests the document based on prior local attestations and does not verify the commercial content independently.
• The authorized signatory must carry original identification for verification at the time of submission.
